Hi, I’m Ursa Abernathy, a yoga teacher (RYT-200) and wellness coach dedicated to helping people feel stronger, more at ease, and more connected—both in body and mind.

My journey with yoga and personal development has been deeply transformative, and I’m passionate about sharing these tools in ways that are practical, accessible, and impactful. Whether you’re looking to build resilience, improve mobility, reduce stress, or simply feel better in your body, I offer supportive, step-by-step guidance to help you integrate yoga into your daily life.

I teach community yoga classes in Merrill, WI, online sessions, workplace wellness programs, and private one-on-one sessions—each designed to meet you where you are. My approach is rooted in Viniyoga, a therapeutic, breath-centered style that adapts to your unique needs and abilities. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and simple yet powerful stress management techniques, I help students cultivate greater awareness, balance, and well-being.

Why do I do this work? Because I know firsthand the profound impact it can have. Yoga has changed the way I move through life, and I love empowering others to discover that same sense of strength, peace, and possibility. As Wayne Dyer said, “When we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change.”
